The Dinsmore boat ramp is located about a mile away straight as the crow flies.  This boat ramp is OCEAN access, though it is a ways away.  Have enough gas for your engine to make the return trip. YES, we have storage for your boat, so bring it along so you can ejoy the fun.

Four Creeks also has a boat ramp with ocean access. Once you're in the water, you are very remote, but getting there is super easy. Take a Right in Callahan at the big traffic light on to HWY 301 and go east a mile or so to the Four Creeks Preserve entrance on your Right.

 35 minutes to several beach options. Huguenot Park is the closest to us and you can drive on the beach.

Kayak options are just further ahead on your Left with kayak rentals available on site at Kayak Amelia. Along the way stop in at Sand Dollar Restaurant on the river next to the Mayport Ferry. The ferry will let you cross the St. Johns river in your vehicle every 20 minutes and you'll be closer to the Jacksonville Beaches Area and/or Hannah Park

 15 minutes to International Airport JAX

 5-7 minutes to grocery shopping options. We like to go to the Winn-Dixie in Callahan or the Rowes IGA around the corner on Dunn Ave. Fast Food options at both locations

Callahan only 8 miles north of us, houses The Pig BBQ, Juniors Seafood, Macs Buffet, Dicks Wings amonst others.

 15 minutes to Town Center shopping and restaurants. 

 20 min to Florida Theatre. They house the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra with events throughout the year.

  15 Min to the Jacksonville Zoo 

  20 min to TIA Stadium - Home of the Jacksonville Jaguars (NFL) 

   20 min to the Riverside Arts Market open every Saturday Morning
