Dinsmore Park has a Tennis Court, BasketBall and Baseball Court as well as a Play Ground

The Dinsmore Park is located 1 mile down the road on the same road as the RV park. Turn Right on to Old Kings rd to go South.  This Tennis Court is a City of Jacksonville park before you get to the Disnsmore Elementary School at  10632 Old Kings Rd. The Dinsmore boat ramp is located about a mile away straight as the crow flies.  This boat ramp is OCEAN access, though the ocean is a ways away.  Have enough gas for your engine to make the return trip. YES, we have storage for your boat, so bring it along so you can enjoy the fun.

Pack your Bike, or your Hike and get going onto the paved Baldwin Trail over the stream and through the woods.

The closest entry point, to park your vehicle, is also the East start of the trail.  It is located only 8.5 miles from the RV park at:  1800 Imeson Road, Jacksonville, Fl 32220.

From this entry to the next entry at Camp Milton is 5 miles, but it continues all the way to to Baldwin (and beyond), another town in our county on the west side near HWY 301.

Camp Milton on Halsema Road has wide open spaces for a nice picnic and some historical things to explore when you get there.

If you go all the way to Baldwin, get a country meal at the famous local restaurant called Everybody's.  The Trail is open during day hours only so if you do the whole line, plan accordingly.
