This works for Month-To-Month Reservations 15 days and longer
Waiving all Background check fees for reservations made between January 10 to April 31st. Your Reservation start date does not have to be during this time. You do not have stay in the new phase (lake front). Background checks will still be completed but the $50 fee for it is waived. This may be combined with Promotion 5. Expiration extended through April 30, 2025
This works for Month-To-Month Reservations 15 days and longer
April May June 2025 Move-in Special. $75 off per month on any regular rate for 3 months. This may be combined with Promotion 4. This applies to reservations with Move-ins from April 1 to June 30, 2025
