Aug, Sept, Oct Fall promotion. $150 OFF!!!! on all waterfront spaces only that are at the $875 rate. Maximum total of up to $150 off spread out over 3 months. Disc is applied before proration is calculated on prorated months. Prorated months must be moved in by the 20th of that month to get that month's disc.
For all new reservations only, starting Aug 7 and expires Oct 20, 2025.
Disc does not apply to any month after October

This works for all Short Term Guests staying up to 14 nights
Reservation Fee waived

Aug 1 to Aug 31 Waive all reservation fees of $3.50 for short terms. Reservation start date must fall within these dates.
Converting from a short term site to a month-to-month site is also free of this fee during this timeframe.
