Promotion 11 - FREE BACKGROUND CHECK
This works for Month-To-Month Reservations 15 days and longer
Waive all Background check FEES
$50
The Background check will still be completed according to this Parks Background check policies. However the $50 fee is waived for anyone moving in for a month to month reservation from February 1 to February 28, 2026. This applies to reservations made starting today January 28 through February 28, 2026 with Move ins to be completed by end of day on February 28th, because this cannot be combined with any other Promotion.
Promotion 12 - Move IN Special
This works for Month-To-Month Reservations 15 days and longer
$25 off per month for 3 months
$75
March, April, May 2026 Move-in Special. $25 off per month on any regular rate for 3 months max per customer a total of $75. This applies to reservations with Move-ins from March 1 to May 31, 2026. You must be moved in between these dates to take advantage of it. It does not apply to any prorated portion of the month but to the next month's full month.
Cannot Be combined with any other Promotion.
