The house is always: Non-Smoking with a No-Pet Policy - Absolutely No Exceptions

However we welcome:

4 adults max and 3 kids max (baby in arms not counted)

FEES:

Week days: Sunday to Thursday: $98 per night

Weekends: Friday and Saturday: $125 per night

Monthly Rental as a furnished home at $2100 (All electric excluded)

$500 deposit for incidentals refundable within 2 days after checkout.

$200 cleaning fee - non refundable

$50 background check fee per adult for stays over 14 days. 

(We gladly waive the background check fee with copy of dbids, twic, security clearance and similiar badges.)

Required:  Vehicle registration and Insurance, Drivers License and liability waivers.

No fees for hooking up the RV, except for electric usage over the threshold.

Electric included but capped at an average of 40kwh per day for the whole house and an rv hookup. Overages will be automatically deducted from the deposit. 

Wifi is limited at the house, but when you walk outside the RV park wifi is available and reliable. 

This is not a hotel, but a furnished home for rent, so room service is limited. Bring your own food and specialty items, including your own toiletries. We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We ask you leave it as clean as you found it and start the first wash of laundry to give our staff a chance for a quicker turn around for the next guest.
