Crosslake has a 1 acre open storage area for RV's, Boats, Utility Trailers, etc for existing guests convenience only

Storage fees are by the month. Proration is by the week
Equipment must be in decent shape. This is a storage yard, not a junk yard.
Our Storage area includes:
Fully Fenced-In 1 acre Area.
Surveylance Cameras at/near entrance.
Storage not clearly visible from the main road.
No electrical hookups available for storage items.
Grass and Gravel and milling areas, not paved currently.
No shaded currently.
No lighting at night currently.
Terrain might be uneven in some areas.

We will price match on all storage items except for cars and pickup trucks within a 20 mile radius. Please provide clear advertised proof of equivalant storage area pricing for consideration.
RV's includes Class A, B, C, Motorhomes, Travel Trailers, 5th Wheels, and Tent Trailers. Footage measurements include the tongue of your trailer.

Rules: Motorized equiment must be drivable at all times. We do not accept equipment that needs towing. No mechanical repairs on site. No oil changes on site. Motorized equipment needs to be started up periodically. Equipment with broken windows, parts dragging the ground, missing tires, flat tires nor missing wheels or axles shall not be allowed and will be refused upon checkin.
