Crosslake RV has WIFI access throughout the park. If you rely on internet for work, we do recommend that you acquire your own dedicated internet connection. Though some of our existing guests do use the park's networks successfully for work, there could be times on some days when it gets overloaded especially when everyone returns from work in the afternoon.

Crosslake RV have 3 sets of Washers and Dryers that are coin and card operated. It is right next to the office and one of the dog parks. Download the laundry app and load it with your credit card or bring quarters. It is under an open pavilion and not fully enclosed inside a building. We have added a nice area for folding clothes. Base price start at $2.25 with a couple size levels up to $2.75 per load.

Enclosed Dog Parks

3 dog parks exist in 2 locations around the park. One is located next to the office, as well as a double dog park at the other side of the park, which features a large dog park with a short and simple agility course and an adjacent smaller one for smaller dogs. These are enclosed areas where your dog may play off-leash to help get some energy out and socialize with others.

We just planted an entire orchard of Olive Trees in 3 locations at the park as well as a row of various fruit trees along the small pond. Each short term paved rv site now also features its own type of fruit trees. For instance Lot 25 is the Apple, Lot 23 is the Peach etc!
Additionally, new fruit trees along with plenty of landscape trees has been planted of varying types and sizes throughout the park for shade in the upcoming season. It looks really beautiful. If you haven't seen it, come check out! This enhancement adds to the existing feel of nature of being out in the country, where the sounds of nature and birds chirping are an every day experience, not to mention the fresh air that feels like love and mercy that is new every morning!

On the west side of the lake behind lot 58, on the water, are some exciting outdoor games - FREE of charges. What are they? Well, why don't you put on your fun hat, take your good self out there and explore the outdoor recreation options this park has to offer. Is it Horshoes? Is it Corn Hole? May its a Toss game!
Also the PICKLE BALL COURT IS OPEN. Bring your own rackets, balls and oponent(s)! It is not enclosed and it is just a base foundation with a net, but it is working and ready for you!

For $20 per quarter guests get access to a raised bed for growing your own veggies and herbs! Limited Space!

Dog Wash Station with steps, concrete stone pad, water hose and leash hook. Bring your own dog wash goodies like brushers and shampoo. At the intersection of Love St and Hiding Place is a little walkway (next to Lot 45) that'll lead you to it behind the tree line.

A walking path exists along the the shore of the big lake. One lap of walking around the park and using the walking path is half a mile of walking for your daily excersize. It is also very serene. My favourite spot is sitting on the grassy shore on the west side of the lake cause a light breeze comes through and you can smell the freshness of the lake. Its a beautiful site.

Looking up into the night sky here at Crosslake RV will bring on and 'awestruck'. We do not have a whole lot of lighting around the park and we are also far enough away from the city ambient light, which makes cloudless nights an absolute wonder to look at.
Don't forget about the magnifacent sunsets we have DAILY!

Birdwatchers can find:
- Whistling Ducks
- Misc Wild Ducks
- Common Canadian Geese (see and hear a large flock come in for a landing in the afternoon)
- The very rare White Canadian Geese
- Great Blue Herons
- Misc Herons
- Anhinga
- Kill Deere birds with their open nests will entertain you in the spring
- Many other migratory birds come through and
- Surprise rare sightings like SpoonBills (sighted thrice in last 3 years)

Bring your utility trailers, boats, equipment and the like cause we got a spot for them too! There are extra fees for storage, but it be conveniently located nearby your RV. Click on storage in the menu for a list of pricing. We happily do price matching on equivalant storage sizes.

We have continued paving with Asphalt almost the entire length of the main park road as well as all the short term rv sites both pullthorugh and a handfull on the waterfront. This makes for level rv pads an a wonderful upgrade.

The pavilion now has a solid concrete floor and is partially enclosed, making it a wonderful open structure for campground get togethers. Sitting next to the fountained brim pond up on the hill, it is a beautifull community building where we share meals, games and other fun things. This paves the way for the upcoming ice machine, and drinks and snack vending machines. Be on the lookout for our updated Lending Library here as well.
Crosslake also features a smaller open pavilion in the middle of the rv park near lot 23.

Our RV park offers a variety of fruit trees of every kind that thrives in our area. They are arranged by type for each short term and paved rv pad. We also have a row of a variety in a few open areas for the whole park to enjoy. Because of the veriaty, these fruit trees bloom and set fruit in all the different seasons. What fruit will you see when you visit us?

Dinsmore? Yes, this is the name for our little area of Jacksonville.
The City of Jacksonville's Transportation Authority (JTA) has added a bus stop to the exiting bus route that is now located at the Entrance of the RV park. Click here, then select Route 81 for the Dinsmore Shuttle, or scroll down on the link for bus fares and more information.

Our park staff are dedicated to ensuring that your stay at CrossLake RV Park and Campgrounds is exceptional. Whether you need assistance with your hookups, or recommendations for local attractions, we're here for you.
The park office is open daily from 11am to 6pm, but you can call as early as 8am if needed.
If you catch the office closed during these times, we are probably out on the grounds doing what we ought to be doing. Just give us a quick ring at at 904-717-9181 to let us know you need assistance and we'll come and meet you.
